Coffee Enemas

Hi:
I have been debating abt enemas and was wondering if u can detail about the entire procedure.
I do HC flush. When do u do coffee enema? How many. Is it before the drinking the OO/GJ or the following day. I am assuming u do a cleansing enema after a Coffee Enema.
What kind of supplements, do u take to balance electrolytes in the body.
