Dehydration while liver flushing? Me too! I have to be MAJOR careful with the
Epsom Salts . If you follow Dr. Kelley's Flush recipe, you'll put ONE HALF CUP of ES in the enema (which is outrageous for my body), and if following Clark, 4 Tablespoons in less than 24 hours. I did both of those together...ONCE. I swear it almost killed me. So be major careful with the ES (and follow Telmans 'always good' advice :)
However, I don't know what you mean about a
coffee enema "stopping your bowels from responding to the flush" ??? Nothing you put in your body (from the bottom side OR the topside) can stop your bowels from "responding to the flush" (that I know of, anyway).
It's natural when one takes an enema or ES (especially both together in the same day) that your intestinal tract will be very clean and free of partially digested food and fecal matter. And for some, it takes awhile to resume normal bowel function...but that doesn't have anything to do with the
Liver Flushing procedure.
If you'd be a bit more specific about what you mean/what your concern is, I'd be happy to assist in any way I can.
coffee enemas are FANTASTIC for liver AND total body health.
Flush ON!
