I also do regular and coffee enemas. I also, after reading a lot tried an ACV enema. At most, using 3 tbsp per quart, coudn't hold more than 15 seconds (very irritating), so made it more dilute the next time, but when I could hold and release I got this cottony, flaky stuff out that just wasn't there when I did a regular enema. I don't know know if that's candida, but if it was, the ACV enema was a very effective purge of whatever it was.
I always have fresh water on standby to immediately do a rinsing enema.
