I've had lousy results. I've had spectacular results. So have most people who have done a lot of flushes regardless of the method they use.

Whatever method you use, start out by the book, then after a few flushes - tweak it to what suits you.

I suppose a lot depends on your state of health to begin with. Mine wasn't that bad.
