My prep is more mental than anything. I try to get in the "right" frame of mind and really relax. That helps the body to release more when the time comes. Would love to try Yoga however I haven't yet. I do drink the 32oz of Apple Juice (not cider) for several days prior to the flush (but not always). My friend who has done the 80 flushes she has told me that cherry cider(I think it was Cherry Cider) has more Malic Acid than Apple Juice. I am not really about the prepping except I have noticed a large difference in cleaning out my colon prior to a flush. So, I have done 7 days 3x/day of Colosan so my colon will be clear so I can really see what is coming out of me much better. I am really consistant about cleaning out my colon after a flush (either by Colosan or Colonic....I prefer a colonic however it depends on finances) That seems to be more on where I focus.
