Seriously, I wouldn't be surprised if all this drilling and tunneling is what causes so much earth disturbances.

Are they trespassing on other people's land (in secret) or are they only doing the drilling on government property? If I was the land owner and I owned the mineral rights to that property.....I would have legal reason to stop them....I would think.
