I have never been verified true celiac. I was told over a year ago that my gluten intolerance "was not horribly bad" Merdian Valley Lab did my food allergy panel almost 3 months ago. I sort of expected the eggs but had no clue on the almonds. It has been my experience that I have to be very striict with all of these in order to keep improving. No MALT ingredients cross contamination ect...
I also take bile acids and HCL to keep things rolling along.
for me the 150$ e95 panel has been money well spent. I don't suggest the food safe panel it's IGE only.
