Re: Super Dizzy/Lightheaded, especially in the evening?
A lot of your symtoms are non specific, meaning that in itself dizziness is not indicative of a diagnosis...
Also it is difficult to evaluate someone without knowing the details. The eustashian tube problem might be part of the problem but it seems that your md ruled that out...
When poeple are really exhausted (i do not know if it is your case)it is possible that low blood pressure sets in and make them very susceptible to dizziness upon any sudden change in position. (orthostatic hypotension)( that can be worst with antidepressants)
Same thing can happen when cortisol is low. Medically it is known as adrenal insufficiency and it is testable and quite extreme... when poeple have symptomms somewhat less intense they call it adrenal fatigue which is not recognised medically.
You have to be VERY CAREFUL. Messing up major glands(thyroid, adrenals) may render you sicker ...so dont take anything that you do not know the real impact without proper testing..
The very basic treatment would be to take vitamin C, get plenty of rest, and limit stress and any toxic relationships...
Hope it helps a little...but the most important thing in your case is to be surrounded by a knowledgable professional who can evaluate you physically and get you tested for commun problems (anemia, thyroid, adrenals)
Good luck!
