Ganglion (Cyst) of the Wrist Re: To those of you with experience....

I have a suspicion that it is not a bone, but a Ganglion Cyst. I developed one many years ago when I too was waitressing. I wore a wrist support as much as possible, but you know that is not always possible while working (hands in water, etc.). This was before I learned of many natural healing ways... Muscle therapy was very beneficial.

I think castor oil packs, hot and cold therapy, supporting and resting the wrist as much as possible, reflexology, massage, deep tissue oil, BF&C, Herbal Calcium would all be beneficial.

I hope you will find this information helpful.
