What about useing zirconium for fillings?

How difficult can it be to follow such instructions?
Even if he is honest and follows them accurately,
the adjacent bone might be infected and he can
miss some?

The crowns worry me just as much as the root canal.
root canals could be hiding inside them and the
dentist can see them only after he removes
the crowns ,right?
And what will I do then if I have it done at the
IAOMT dentist office because of the zirconium ?
(That is, if no local dentists have it...) maybe CT?
