Re: Can I get help with Alletess Food Allergy Test?

I just had an IgG delayed food sensitivity test done by Life Extention. Pretty good test for the $$, I must say.
You can rotate the foods depending on how it comes out. It rated mild, moderate and severe levels, and funny, it came up with severe for eggs, both yolk and white, which I ate everyday, and at work, I"d bring 2 hardboiled.. So, I stopped the eggs, at least for now. Garlic was very high, but not in the severe range. I was taking extreme concentrated garlic drops!. I think it comes up high on things we eat a lot of !!!!!!! Well, mostly.
And Almonds....I was drinking almond milk. It was in the moderate range....So now I switched back to Rice Milk unsweetened of course, and the whole grain drink from Trader Joes.
Was your test for immediate reactions? You see, I don't react to stuff so I wouldn't know if I'm allergic or not. But they say, try to rotate stuff as best you can. How do you feel when you eat the romaine lettace? Can you eat another type of lettace?
