I would like to hear from people that are familiar with this test. I just had it done. I just can't afford to have the doctor go over it with me (charges alot).
It uses numbers
This is what it lists
Green Beans 1
Lettuce 1
scallops 1
Egg yolk 2
Egg whites 2
Cheddar cheese 2
Cotagge Cheese 2
Swiss Cheese 2
Garlic 3
Obviously I am really allergic to garlic
I guess my question is does anyone know if I have to cut out romaine lettuce all together?
I eat two salads a day. One for breakfast and one for lunch.
