The scientific plausibility of homeopathy remains VERY much in question and homeopathic apologists continue to be blind to many facts. Well designed and controlled large scale studies continually show that homeopathic remedies perform no better than the placebo control group! Yes, small (usually poorly designed, unblinded and uncontrolled) studies of homeopathy may have shown an inkling of an effect but they always regress to the mean of non-efficacy when corroborating larger studies are untaken.
