Well strong spices seem to flare up my reflux. Whenever I cook mexican (and I don't cook it in oil, so it's not that), I seem to get bad reflux and I season it with cumin and chili powder.
I eat some raw veggies, but not much. Maybe some cucumber, avocado and lettuce at lunch, but I eat cooked items as well. Raw is not for me. I feel worse on raw/vegan, etc.
