My son is 35. I am 55. I've had fatigue for years steadily getting worse until I really couldn't deal with it anymore around a year ago. I don't if my son is type A but I am.
The hardest thing for me is emotional issues. When I have problems in relationships that go to my heart or when I am haven't a blowout in anger with someone I am completely drained. My son played football in high school and in college. He works out, walks, plays with his dog and is on the go all the time. So maybe he is.

I finally told him maybe he is right about the adrenal fatigue but I had two doctors tell me the same thing and the tests showed I am. And that maybe he could recommend a doctor to me. He backed off. lol

He's a "know it all" if you know what I mean. He has the answers for everything and knows just enough to be dangerous!
