Re: My first post

I had the same side effects. I had SOOO many tests (many blood tests and a full heart workup, etc). The only ones that showed anything abnormal was a 24-hour urine test, which came up with elevated norepinephrines (a stress hormone). They did a CT scan of my adrenals because of it, which came back normal. Also, after Mirena was out for several months, they did a hormone test and my progesterone was slightly low. Some have done silicone blood tests. That would be a good one if your doctor can do it. Some have recommended asking the doctor to keep the mirena once it's removed (gross I know!), just in case there's a lawsuit in the future and it turns out they were defective.

Good luck, hope you feel well soon!
