DR hulda Clark Parasite cleanse cure Diabetes & hiv

Hello, i wonder if anybody can give me some advice, i am trying to KILL Eurytrema pancreaticum & fasciolopsis buskii,i have type 1 diabetes & hiv,i am doing a parasite cleanse with Wormwood ,cloves an blackwallnut tinture this is all new to me and i am so glad i have found this website. I really want to Kill these parasites/virus and make myself healthy again, I am always tired and have had insomnia since i was a young child, i am also using Colloidal Silver ,i have been doing the cleanse for 7 days but i have had no effects should i just stay on the cleanse an maintenance program for good? i really want Results i hope i am doing the right thing to help my body is there any thing else i should be doing i am eating healthy i have been Vegan for over a year but i just want to heal ???
