New Higher Body Temp & Constipation Help Needed

Hi All -

My question is two-fold. First, I have recently been experiencing higher body temps. I usually only have low body temps overnight and they are pretty regular throughout the day. I have been getting up to 98.9 and 99.2 the last few days. I also feel a tiny bit stimulated when this is happening and I have also been more irritable. Any insight into what could be going on? I have experimented a bit with coconut oil in order to have my sore throat go away which may either be thyroid stuff or detox, not sure. I have only taken 2 tsp per day at the most. Also, I am really not having any feelings of being overtly cold anymore. I used to have to cover up with a blanket all the time and that's not happening. I am starting to get hot under the covers throughout the day and night.

Secondly, I am having issues with BMs. I have all the ingredients to do a Colon Cleanse but am very nervous about creating more blockage than I already have. With the AF/Hypoglycemia dient I dropped about 23 pounds in the last 8 weeks. What's weird is, I don't seem to put any weight on each night even though I only have one BM in the morning or none. Yesterday I had to do an enema because I was a little uncomfortable. I am taking a very good probiotic, good digestive enzyme, taking some chewable enzymes with each meal, C, Bcomplex, Calcium/Mag, D, and E. I don't take HCI all the time because it makes me feel a little weird when I take one.
