I don't know if I have candida or not. I have had chronic rectal anal itching for five months though.
Anyway, it seems like any kind of probiotics I try make me constipated. The last one I tried was Rejuvenate Sauerkraut. I only ate maybe a half a tablespoon and became constipated. Prior to that, I tried Florastor (Saccharomyces boulardii) for several days and was very constipated. I tried several others and I think I pretty much had the same result, although I can't remember the specifics now.
Anyone, have any ideas. I would like to take probiotics to help my digestion and maybe even improve my itch problem, but it doesn't seem doable right now.
