I agree with vilang and 131603 that your best recourse at this time would be to go back into fasting and await feeling good (or at minimum not feeling lousy) before breaking. It's always best to avoid breaking a fast mid-crisis if at all possible.
A clear tongue would be nice, but that might take 100 days of cumulative fasting to achieve and is thus not practical in the vast majority of instances. Genuine hunger would also be ideal but that too might take 100 cumulative days or longer to achieve for the average faster in these modern days.
I reached genuine hunger once but that's only because i ran low on something and my tongue was still coated.
