The question is...do you want to start Fasting, or start Starving?? I support your pro-ana way of thinking. However, most who want to improve Body Image don't know how to do it with Diet. Herein lies the 'Key'. It's extremely difficult, but if you have the Guts, go for it. Experiencing a little hunger is good for the Soul. Many let this get out of hand. Half an Apple, and a few Butter-beans every day doesn't get it.

P.S. The 'secret' is to reduce calories with highly nutritious food....just a little under what it takes to maintain normal body weight. Run with it, and don't be afraid to shift gears if the need arises.....up or down.
