Re: severe nausea and diarrhea after coffee enema

yes, when I first tried coffee enemas over a year ago, I felt odd, wired too. But this time, I didn't feel so bad, a bit of wired energy, but tolerable and so I decided to continue.
I feel like I had some kind of bile attack, and that perhaps the coffee went up too high, though I only used 2 c. The caffeine is the critical component in coffee enema in order to stimulate bile flow.
I just felt really queasy like as like when one would eat way too much fat. I did eat a lot of fat that day. the enema made me feel backed up, extremely nauseated, and horrific cramping and diarrhea. Better today, but it did something, just wondering if any coffee enema experts out there, knew what this reaction was. I believe it is not totally unusual, but it was very hard on me, and I'm a bit nervous to do another now, yet it may be that this is part of the healing, releasing bile, removing toxins etc. Tweet
