Herbal cure for bad breath

I have a circuit tester that plugs into outlets to tell if they're grounded, and also a Tri Field Meter that measures gauss. A three prong outlet doesn't necessarily mean it's properly grounded. Any outlet can be improper.

The ground may be near your circuit breaker box.
