I'm with Uny on this, the implications of this are just spectacular and thats putting it mildly!  Everyone and I do mean every single person on this forum that wants to heal themselves needs to read this book and get grounded ASAP!!!!

I ordered the sheet/mat special last Friday, its scheduled for delivery this Friday and I can hardly wait until Friday night.  I bought it for a plethora of reasons but like you Tellurider, I am very excited about the insomnia aspect of it.  Please be sure to let us know how your first night of sleep was on the sheet!  When I got my book last week I couldn't put it down, I thought I knew all about barefooting and being grounded but it turns out I knew just the tiny little tip of the iceberg!
