I always like to make sure I am well into a parasite cleanse before the full moon but if you are on a short 10 day course a few days ahead will do. The understanding is that parasites "shed" at that time. I always notice it's an extreme time - eg. more cravings for sugars and carbs. insomnia, mood swings. The first time I tested for dientamoeba fragilis I tested negative and the next time I did it at the full moon and tested positive. That was enough for me. Even if there is no scientific proof it's worth trying. By the way, the next full moon is on the 15th June at 20.14 UK time.
