You can't tell if you're detoxing by the color of your urine. Some people's have turned color, but mine didn't, for instance. You don't sound dehydrated, which is good. You probably are eliminating toxins, but slower than you're dredging them up. This leaves you with nasty feelings. TAKE A BREAK. Let your body catch up, then resume. Once the backlog clears, you may be able to eliminate more efficiently.
