did you do any pre and/or post enemas?
doesn't always work into the schedule, but they seem to help me when I do them.
this could be totally BS on my part but here is how I look at it:
the body is really, really smart. I do bodywork on organs and nerves and arteries and the brain, etc. so I regularly get to see some amazing stuff that bodies can do. So I believe it knows how long transit time is to the toilet. If it is slow and long, it may not dump so much, because it doesn't want to reabsorb the same nasty sh*t again. But if the freeway is clear and it knows you are going to do an enema it might dump more knowing it has a higher probability of getting out. And of course that still is no guarantee. I had some energetic emotionally oriented work on my liver in early April at a workshop and I was sick for three days. So, I know I have a really toxic liver. 10 days ago I was in a really sh*tty place and I did a
colonic with my colon therapist and I was a new person after....or actually more myself...ha! I keep wondering who I really am in there....there are layers of anger........
So, I feel good doing an enema or home
colonic before the
Epsom Salts and then after the
Epsom Salts in the morning. IN the middle of night if I feel nausea I will take 1 tbsp of
Bentonite in some water. And do it in the morning if I need to also. I also take water with salt and KCl often before during and after so I don't get dehydrated.
I also use a hot water bottle on my liver during
Epsom Salts times and I alternate using a vibrator massager on the liver too. I don't know if that really helps but it feels good.
The apple juice does not work for me. And the malic acid creates a lot of pressure in my GB area and maybe that is good but sometimes it is annoying. So the last couple of i have been taking a lot of chanca piedra herb for 4-5 days before the flush and I get a lot out.
I also upped my recipe to 1 cup olive and 1 cup lemon juice.
I am not out of the woods yet but I am committed......ha.....maybe I should be committed!!!
