Good way to make your own sauna if you don't have access to one. I park my car in the sun so it heats up, put on some sweats and go sit in the car for 20 minutes to 40 minutes. Obviously you are awake and reading or listening to music or the radio so you can just get out when you have had enough. I have done it for years....great way to get a good sweat going. I also read studies that show that you excrete more toxins by sitting in heat then when you are exercising in heat. Of course exercise is great but add in the sauna too for more toxin release.
