Living with a scleraderma patient

Hi everyone, I am 13 years old and my mother Catherine passed away passed away in October 2010. She died of Scleroderma. She got scleraderma when she was 9 and lived with it till the age of forty. She died of complete organ failiure. I only found out about it last year and it has been so hard. She was in and out on hospital since June, on an oxygen machine. And it was hard for me and my family. She Is my hero. She always lived life how she wanted and did everything she could possibly do and then she got married and had me and then 2 years ago it all went downhill. She couldn't breathe properly, couldn't eat properly etc and I don't know how she did it. I miss her so much and she was an amazing mom. And I'm glad she is no longer in pain. My family is messed up and she and my dad were the last ones married. The rest were divorced or dead. I'm oK I guess. Thanks for reading. I want to be a doctor for rheumatoloGy and I would like to know as much as I can to do that and honour my mom. Thanks you, Jess
