Thank you for posting this. Yeah, I'm one who has only fasted 1-3 days, and from the sounds of it I'm suffering through the hardest part and then quitting!
I have ~20-30 lbs to lose and would love the encouragement of a 10-12 lbs loss. I think fasting 7-10 days could get me there.
Oh, and a question for you...is it easier after 3 days because of being in ketosis? It seems like this would be the reason. I'm 100% supportive of ketosis while fasting...to me it makes sense. You're mostly burning fat and ketosis also keeps you feeling somewhat satiated.
