Re: Treatment...

For many of us, myself included, who took the hyper-aggressive approach in the beginning and suffered huge die-off that made us feel like we ourselves were going to die, there eventually comes a time when, outside of some very mild exceptions, the die-off simply stops. No matter how much antifungals you take. As another poster recently stated, you seem to enter this long boring phase where your symptoms are pretty much gone, but you are still stuck because if you stray from the diet or your supplements too much, the symptoms come right back.

So to answer your question, no, I don't think I did my body more harm than good in the beginning by waging war on the candida. While I am not yet better, I have come a long, long way since then. The only thing I do regret is not knowing about molybdenum back then, which would have reduced the die-off symptoms and suffering greatly.
