Re: depression

I JUST started the 1mg cut every week. Before that I did a 2.5 cut an waited two weeks.

I started this because someone on benzobuddies suggested it an said it worked alot better without as bad of withdrawals. Last time I made the 2.5 cut. I was having BAD BAD BAD withdrawals, insomnia, night sweats, night jolts, nervous system all messed up.

I know I need to eat more. Just finding the right foods is the thing, gotta juice more I suppose, but money is an issue. struggling as it is.

Thanks uny. I didn't plan on taking the DRUGS he gave me, because I know it's synthetic CRAP. He was trying to talk to me about my gaba receptors, I held in my knowledge about it because I knew way more about it than him. I didn't want to come off as arrogant.

I'm only doing the 1 mg cause another person suggested it that was in the same situation. so I figured i'd try it. I'm not upping my dose. it's not THAT bad. I think some of this is die off, cause i'm gettin lots of brain fog etc..

We'll see. tonight was better, I went out an played some pool. Wasn't sad.

Things will work out, i think alot of the Depression is being alone an not working.

Thanks UNY. I'm gonna keep on the 1mg cuts another week an see if it gets worse. cause this is the first week i've tried it after a 2 week cut before. an i'm not having the bad withdrawl like before, i couldn't handle that.

I am VERY good with diet.

Also the pain around my appendix is less an less. even with mass ammounts of cayenne on my rice. So maybe somethings healing! =)

Time will tell...just wish I could fast forward!! I think my broken heart is making this alot harder, plus i'm bored 24/7 an alone. oh well =)
