Many are deficient in iron, B vitamins, vitamin c, selenium, zinc, chromium, vitamin D or iodine. What makes this tough is that even if you take in enough of these, you might have candida overgrowth or other issues reducing absorption of these.
Do you take your temperature each morning, and does it tend to be below normal? I was getting an AM oral temperature of around 96.5 until I started taking large doses of iodine(25 mg a day). I guess around 2 weeks or so after I started the
Iodine my AM oral temperature was around 98 degrees, which I consider normal. I am also supplementing the other items I mentioned, as well as taking other supplements.
I also think that some who show iron deficiency anemia and don't respond to iron supplementation may be deficient in copper, as copper is needed to properly utilize iron. Copper is also part of the hemoglobin molecule. Don't overload on copper or iron though.
