Post removal symptoms or medication reaction?

I have waded through lots of posts looking for Mirena post removal symptoms. I am 4 mths post and been feeling reasonable for the last 2 weeks, just hope it lasts.

Can't quite come to grips with "the crash", for me it is more like an earthquake - the aftershocks rumble on, while I dread the return of the big one!

I don't know whether it is medication(anti hypertensive) reactions or post removal syndrome. All I know is that I have endured lots of moments when I was sure another head popped up from my shoulders from the expression on the doctors face as I tried to explain how I felt! If I can find out what is Mirena/hormonal and what is likely side effects of medications then I can at least put up with the humiliation of seeing a physician as the pharmacist seems to think I should do.

Anyone like to help out if they take medication for high blood pressure or have had a device from hell - with what they felt like. There seems to be no pattern and does not coincide with my now very erratic cycle.

For me:
- Weepy (initially - OK hormonal can relate)
- Internal tremble (weird only inside nothing visible)
- Stabbing head pains (not headache, come and go)
- Head feels bruised (internally)
- Crushing pressure in head and jaw (horrid)
- Crackling, congested ears (bad for 3 mths)
- Burning nostrils (feel like have inhaled acid)
- Hard to breathe / get enough air (drinking seems to help)

Thanks in advance
