Re: Uny, do you know of a natural way to cure a hiatal hernia?

Thanks it was helpful. What I find really odd is how my stomach all day long has been making these growling noises, like noises, like on someone whose stomach is empty and hungry. This happens whether my stomach is full or empty. I have lots of pressure and bloating in my liver and hernia area and lots of reflux going on. I have lost almost 60 lbs. in the last 6 months (purposely) and instead of looking really good, my stomach looks distended and my hips barely look smaller at all. Depite losing the weight, my back and hips hurt more than ever. I am parasite cleansing. I'm wondering if toxins/fluids can be retained in the hips as well as the abdomen? I generally have 2-3 BM's a day, but none usually at night. I have had reflux issues for a few years now, but it seems like the last few weeks things have been coming to a head. This sort of correlates to the first 5 day IF#2 flush I did. I wonder if there is a connection somehow? Perhaps the 5 days just stirred things up? The last three days I have been having a ton of nausea as well. Feels like mild food poisoning, but I have not vomited.

One last question if I could, if the hernia is impinging on the vagus nerve, short of reversing the hernia, which we know isn't easy, is there anything that could be done to relieve the pressure on the vagus nerve? I am very worried. Thanks.
