Re: How can you tell a parasite cleanse is working?
Hi, Larianis,
I'll do my best to help you from my experience. I don't think you're having a bad ecperience, it's that you need some explanations and another product might help you better. You decide.
I started out with Hulda Clark's dewormer for a week or so and started seeing parasites right off. Then I went to Barefoot's regular dewormer and continued to see parasites for a long time. You ARE seeing parasites. Liver flukes are parasites and the sesame seeds are parasite eggs, tho I don't know what kind. If you feel you're able to add to Humaworm's dewormer, it's all right to do so. I've added to a dewormer, and others have. My eperience is not with the Humaworm dewormer product for killing off parasites, so I can't help you much with that one. Form what I've heard, his products are strong. His candida cleanse is very strong, IMO.
We keep right on with a dewormer all the time until the bulk of the infestation is gone, then maintenance every 3 days.
Green stools can mean old bile from the liver, so your liver is probably backed up.
I think the Humaworm bowel cleanser may be all right, it's just that a colon cleanse takes time. I did the Schulze #1 and #2 colon products. You can take enough of the #1 to keep you going every day no matter how many it takes. Back off a capsule if it causes diarrhea. Diarrhea is nothing but bad constipation and your body pulling out water in the digestive tract to dilute the poisons.
Probably regular pancreatic digestive enzymes would help you a lot right now. They helped me in a similar situation. The digestive side of the pancreas works real hard trying to digest protein poisons in the body.
A few of us have experimented with a TBSP of activated charcoal in water twice a day to help pick up the digestive tract poisons and allow us to feel a little better. If you add the #2 formula right now, it might be all right depending on the condition of your liver, but it might not be good to pull a lot of the junk off the colon walls at the same time you're liver flushing, early on. That's getting rid of too many toxins at once. The charcoal will pull some of the junk off the walls, but not as fast as the #2 formula with the bentonite in it will.
Alternating constipation and diarrhea means your digestive tract is going to need some work. I had that for many years and finally got rid of 16# of colon junk. You're young, so it might not be that bad for you depending on what your diet has been.
The best thing to do is to listen to your body as to when the right time comes for doing the 30 day colon cleanse after starting the liver flushes. It's going to take a while doing the #1 formula to soften up the junk on the colon walls if your colon is as bad as it sounds. It sounds like your liver needs some work, too, because of the green stool, so yes, I would start liver flushing 2 weeks into the dewormer.
It's best to go slow with the colon cleanse, if you have to do liver flushes, too. Especially since your colon has been a problem for a long time.
I did the LBB off and on for a year until my digestion got bad again while still doing the liver flushes that meant I'd better start doing the 30-day bowel cleanse by adding the #2 formula with the bentonite in it--40 to 50 capsules a day--10 capsules 2 hours apart-- consistently every day-- until I saw results. I did 3.5 consecutive 30 day colon cleanses (105 days in a row) a year into this program, got 10# of colon junk out in a week, and still found I had to wait a while to finish the job. All the while I was doing the liver flushes. But I was in pretty bad shape when I started the program, too, so take that into consideration. It just my own personal experience that may be a guideline for you as far as time and work is concerned. This usually takes longer than most realize, but take one day at a time. Be patient, and it will work. How long it takes is a personal thing of how bad off you are when you start.
My suggestion, since you don't have many health problems that are presenting themselves right now that you think are pressing, is to get Barefoot's adult dewormer liquid formula and try doing it along with the Humaworm, then do a few liver flushes 2 weeks into the dewormer. Your liver (and gallbladder, if you have one) will tell you when it is rid of all the stones. That took longer than I thought it was going to, too. It works, just keep going. Then you'll have some lingering ones that will come out sporadically. You'l be able to feel them come down to the bottom of the liver. The frequency at which you have to do the flushes is decided by that feeling of a bunch under your right ribcage meaning stones and other junk is ready to come out.
Keep your bowels open. You might not have to do a lot of liver flushes, but you are certanly going to have to work on your colon probably for quite a while.
The objective is to kill off all the parasites, and clean out the liver and the colon, because some of them hide and also hide their eggs--especially in the colon wall junk.
Go at the pace your body is able to, and don't stop too soon.
Come back for support, if you need to.
