First off you need to repopulate your stomach with some good yogurt or kefir. Homemade, not the storebought. I bought some yogogourmet yogurt cultures from Amazon and make my own yogurt because I can't find raw milk. If you can find raw milk, buy some live kefir grains. I tried using kefir with Organic pasteurized, homogonized milk but it never worked. When I had raw milk, it was amazing.
Secondly, you need to quit feeding the bad bacteria, which includes no
Sugar and no starches.
I'm no expert but the Body Ecology diet sounds good but some of that stuff is so expensive, so I've been following a mostly raw diet. My stomach was hurting a lot..I had gerd, bloating, IBS, nausea, migraines...and was ill alot.
I can't fast, so I opted for just minimizing the amount of food I was eating and eating mainly yogurt and salads. Most people eliminate the dairy as well but I feel the yogurt is so beneficial at this point as my stomach is so messed up.
