Re: I am truly tired of babying myself and getting nowhere.
Awww, that sucks hope! Setbacks are harsh.
You're in northeast USA, yeah? You're right, I think *everyone* has had a very tough week, after a very long winter. Even folks that are 100% healthy have been dragging their butts around. Those of us less so are all having tough times, I think : you're not alone nor exceptional here. (I'm generally doing well, but got up Tuesday, and went back to bed after having some 5-htp til 2pm; the rain finally caught up with me.)
Today is probably sunny for you (off and on), so it'll get better for you even if you do nothing. So that's some good news.
Excuse me if I'm wrong, but if you have all that cortisol keeping you anxious then your body can produce it now. If I recall you didn't have a lot of cortisol before? So as crazy as that sounds, does that mean you're getting better and no longer need HC?
You must have learned a lot about what works and doesn't work for you over the past while. What is your daily protocol ongoing now?
I'm a bit confused about one thing, are you working with an FA expert on a plan too or figuring this out on your own?
Please let us know how the next few days go.
