Uny, I have read the manual and watched the tapes. Dr S said under the neuropathy and muscular dystrophy section that we must do the program full force, or we are wasting our time. He also said that you need to quit your job and all, but I just got one, I have things to do this summer. But you said you can do parts of it until we heal ourselves.
So, should I start with a Bowel Cleanse and see how I feel? But I also read that if you dont do it all at once that you will feel sick and probably get worse... what should I do? I have started to incorporate more healthy and organic foods into my diet, and I started a B- complex supplement like he suggested. I bought fresh carrot juice as well, but havent been keeping up with it very well since I am not sure of which path to take yet. But thank you for recommending the tapes, they helped for sure. By the way, where do you live? Is there anyway we could meet sometime and talk?

And about juicing, you are wasting the important part of the fruit or vegetable but only taking the small amount of juice inside and throwing the rest away. That is why my mom is somehwat against the ideea of juicing.

Also, even when I eat really healthy foods, I never feel any better. Is that because I need to detox completely before starting healthy or raw foods? Thanks for all your help, and I am trying to stay hopful and positive!
