Re: Liposomal GSE and side effects

 Hi H. Been making liposomal GSE (lecithin, GSE, H2o blended and then placed in ultrasonic cleaning unit for 20 minutes). Having some success with it, but unexpected side effects. Within an hour or two of a tablespoon of the mixture, out of control "Big D". Never had these issues, so it must be related.

Any thoughts here, despite your opinion of GSE? I've reduced the GSE by half and same results occur. Could it possibly be the lecithin causing this?

Perhaps the only way to know if to try it without the GSE, I suppose. Just thought you might have some ideas.

Lecithin really should not cause this.  I would instead suspect the synthetic benzethonium chloride added to GSE to make it antiseptic.
