Liposomal GSE and side effects

Hi H. Been making liposomal Grapefruit-Seed-Extract (lecithin, GSE, H2o blended and then placed in ultrasonic cleaning unit for 20 minutes). Having some success with it, but unexpected side effects. Within an hour or two of a tablespoon of the mixture, out of control "Big D". Never had these issues, so it must be related.

Any thoughts here, despite your opinion of GSE? I've reduced the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract by half and same results occur. Could it possibly be the lecithin causing this?

Perhaps the only way to know if to try it without the GSE, I suppose. Just thought you might have some ideas.
