a big pot of rice pourage usually does the trick for me.If i eat it steamed it makes me really really anxious and nervous- but if i boil it down into a thick soupy texture then i digest it alot better and it provides excellent nourishment and energy all day long.add some eggs and garlic as it boils and it's the perfect meal.
i have a pot of the stuff every night after my meats,works great for me!
