I always eat Khichdi. ( its a Indian dish made 50% basmati rice and 50% toor dal). Only 2 spices I add are 1 tsp turmuric and salt to taste.
Rinse Rice and Dal very well, (say 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup dal), add 2 cups water, turmuric and salt and pressure cook.
I usually eat it with some coconut Oil and coriander chutney.
I am Indian, and in India KHICHDI is considered very easy for stomach. Ppl who have diarrhea are usually recommended to eat it. So it works very well for me the day following the flush.
