herbal snuff snafu: Uny?

I just mixed together the golden seal, bayberry, and the garlic, and THEN thought to check tthe amount of cayenne.

low and behold, I read the recipe is

7 T g.s.
7 T bayberry
1t. garlic
and 1t. cayenne at 200,000 units
or 1T. at 40,000

I have done this--since I just wanted a small amount to try it.

1 t. g.s.
1 t. bayberry
1 t. garlic...


the proportions are all wrong.
it is savalgable?

By the way, no way could I afford to make at the 7 T. quanity! That's a fortune in g.s. 1 tsp. of golden seal cost 3.00 or so. The cayenne is probably not so great--heat units? who knows? It's Frontier Herbs organic: best I could find.


Ideas? Uny? way too much garlic, eh?...will it harm? Do I have to go way up on the gs and bayberry? Not good with the math of this.
