Started liver flush yesterday, feeling very week, still have diarrhea tonight. Is this normal or ok? I am nervous.

Hi,
I started my first Liver Flush yesterday using magnesium citrate and an olive oil/grapefruitjuice mixture. I followed the no fat diet closely, eating rice protein with water in a shake for breakfast and two apricots, no oil skinless turkey breast and steamed veggies for lunch, and more turkey, more steamed veggies, and 1/2 c brn rice. I took 2 Taurine to sleep, but it didn't work. I took 9 magnesium citrates at 6pm, 9 more at 8pm, and then drank the oil/juice at 10pm. I had a lot of diarrhea last night. I woke up at 3am with heartburn and nausea and vomited a small amount of the oil/juice and was dry heaving. Didn't sleep well all night. Today I have been experiencing continued diarrhea. I thought it would be done by now. Is it alright to still be experiencing a lot of watery diarrhea?? It is now almost 8pm. I have been drinking water all day, but I am wondering if I may be dehydrated or have an electrolyte imbalance. I am feeling worrisomely week, a bit dizzy, and a foggy-headed, mild headache. Is this normal? Should I be worried? I had a little coconut water. Was that a good idea? Should I have some more? What should I do/eat? Potato? celtic Sea Salt ? sugar? honey? Need to go to the dr? Please advise; it is much appreciated. It says not to do the flush during a stressful time, but my symptoms and the way I feel is starting to stress me out. My naturopathic dr. who recommended the flush is closed and I won't be able to speak to anyone until tomorrow at noon.
