Re: Getting stuck in overdrive, swinging blood sugars, improved fasting hypoglycemia...

How many total grams of protein are you eating daily and at each meal?

I suspect the reason the fish is causing problems is that it's so lean. Fish has a high insulin response.

I personally can not go over about 35 total grams of protein daily, and about 10-12 per meal. It must be combined with super high amounts of fat or I get the same problems, plus severe pain in the area of the pancreas.

The problem with this, though, is that I can't eat any carbs either which means my body is probably slowly eating away itself because of so little protein.

You might be eating too much protein/not enough fat. Too much protein will raise your sugars and consequently your insulin just like carbs, although it is a delayed response.

I also wanted to ask you if you had experimented with any individual b vitamins yet. I tried the complex again and am paying for it right now.
