Notice that I did not say that there was "no improvement", I said "no major improvement". I am unraveling 30 years of illness and it takes much longer than a year for sure. People need to realize that there are layers upon layers that need to occur in order to reach deep healing and when your adrenals are shot, your body does this slowly, as it can handle it. Its terrible when people make comments such as that. This is a support forum!!! We are quick to make negative comments when we don't fully know the persons situation. Tweet
