Tried adding a liquid B complex to my diet. With my current way of eating the only B Vitamin I get enough of is B12. All the others are under 50 percent of what is recommended.
I read that the neuropathic pain in my feet might be a deficiency in one of the B's.
Taken it for a couple of days. Pain has diminished, but not entirely. I felt better emotionally and had more energy at first but my blood Sugar just crashed horribly and I feel really bad.
This happened with vitamin K a while back too. Are my adrenals just so bad that I can't take anything anymore?
It's like the B complex stimulated them temporarily, but they couldn't keep up. So confused.....
