What I'm thinking of doing is getting all the B vitamins individually, as the article mentioned, and just trying them one by one in tiny doses (tip of toothpick), and building up from there, paying attention to horrible reactions that will likely happen and backing off temporarily from the ones that cause them. I can't think of any other way right now, unless I find a drug or something that can block this hypoglycemia and food/substance intolerance for awhile, and I'll eat all sorts of herbs and foods in addition to the vitamins.
