Silicon test (can anyone help)

Hello everyone not been on here for a while. Im trying very hard to get a silicon test and this is what i have been told by a professor at birmingham city hospital. Silicon is a normal dietary constituent which is absorbed into the circulation and is excreted in the urine. As there is a large individual variation in blood and urine levels of silicon it would be impossible to tell how much or indeed if any plasma silicon is attrbutable to the mirena coil. If anyone knows of an accurate test of measuring silicon level in the blood will u let me know thanks x Tweet
